PINE VIEW PARK INFORMATION

Pine View Park has a permanent site licence so you can enjoy your home with peace of mind. All of our homes are fuelled with a natural gas supply and come with a 10 year Gold Shield Warranty.

Pine View Park are proud members of the British Holiday & Home Parks Association, and the National Caravan Council.

We are happy to welcome cats and dogs onto the site (subject to park rules), However, the site is for people aged 50 years and over.

SHOPS & AMENITIES

Locally there are many opportunities to explore, just outside the park you will find the bus stop with services to Maulden and Ampthill. In both these locations you will find butchers, hairdressers, pharmacies and general stores.

Surrounding Area

Flitwick and Bedford train stations are just a bus ride away – giving you access to both the North and South of England and beyond.

The M1 is only a 15-minute drive away – if you wish to drive to bigger cities. At least 2 major supermarkets, 2 libraries, places of worship, NHS doctor surgeries, pubs, restaurants and cafes are all within a 3-mile radius of the park. Bedford Hospital is 7 miles away.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

Woburn Safari Park, Houghton House, Greensand Ridge Walk, the Forest Centre and Millennium Park are just a few of the local attractions close by.

Nearer to home every Friday Flitwick hosts a local market with a host of traders, they also hold the market on the last Sunday of each month.

The Bedford Corn Exchange is an amazing entertainment venue – showcasing comedy and theatre.There is also a Cinema.

Charles Simpson is by no means a newcomer to the Park Home market, having been established since 1963.

In fact, we have more than 50 years’ experience over three generations of family in operating and maintaining parks and park homes. During this time, we have built up an almost unrivalled breadth of knowledge and expertise. As a result, we are now one of the country’s largest privately owned operators in the Park Home Sector, an enviable position which has led to us being known as ‘The Park Home People’.

Charles Simpson has 10 residential parks. Each park location has been carefully thought-out. All of our parks benefit from having shops and local amenities close by. We take pride in the fact that all our parks have a resident Park Manager to ensure peace of mind and to help or answer any questions you may have.
